MengMeng Music is an open, personal project — a third-party desktop client for the KuGou music library, built by two people, one commit at a time.

What is inside

Everything from API aggregation to UI details is implemented from scratch — no template wrapper.

  • MengMeng Music client Vue 3 + Vite + Electron with a hand-drawn player bar, lyric panel and every dialog — no off-the-shelf UI template.
  • Library aggregation Two local API instances (standard + concept) run in parallel; search, playlists and stream URLs fall back across both.
  • The details Word-by-word lyrics, desktop and taskbar lyrics, themes, MV pop-ups, offline downloads, tray control and shortcuts.
  • Updates & website The site you are reading: a PHP website that doubles as the update server — edit copy and publish builds in admin, clients update themselves.
